We want you to love your Murci pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, in their original condition, and with all security tags still attached.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact. Please include the packing slip inside to help us identify your order quickly.

Ship It Back

Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
